Customers’ personal data is not retained in our systems. In processing customer data hosting providers must protect confidentially, cannot disclose the data to any unauthorised third party or use them for any purpose other than those provided by law. Data may be disclosed only at the request of authorities, when permitted by law.

Customers maintain the rights granted by Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.
Customers acknowledge and accept the existence of the service provider’s digital register, which is created and maintained by the same provider.

The content of the above register is confidential and may be disclosed exclusively at the request of a competent authority. The customer expressly declares that he/she has been informed of the provisions of Italian Legislative decree no. 196/2003 and agrees to the processing of his/her personal data.
